2. Information, not an engagement
Website content is general information about our services. Sending an enquiry does not appoint ELEVATE365, create a consultant-client relationship, confirm availability or reserve a deadline. Work starts only when scope, responsibilities, fees and applicable terms have been agreed in writing.
3. Appropriate use
You may use the website for lawful business enquiries and to learn about our services. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or harmful material, misrepresent your identity, or reproduce substantial website content for commercial use without written permission.
4. Your information and instructions
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and current information, identifying material deadlines and notifying us when facts change. Do not send confidential, privileged or sensitive records through the short website enquiry. We will confirm a suitable method for exchanging project documents after scope is discussed.
