POPIA privacy notice

Your information, handled with care.

This notice explains what information ELEVATE365 Services may receive through this website, why we use it and the choices available to you.

Last updated: 17 July 2026

1. Who is responsible

Elevate365 Services (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/444196/07, is the responsible party for personal information it processes through its business enquiries and client engagements. You can contact us at hello@elevate365services.co.za, +27 76 802 1629, or in Midrand, Gauteng.

2. Information we may receive

Depending on how you contact or appoint us, we may receive:

  • Your name, job title, company and contact details.
  • The service you are interested in and the information included in your enquiry.
  • Documents, records and correspondence needed to assess or deliver an agreed service.
  • Administrative, quotation, invoicing and payment-related information.

Please do not include unnecessary identity numbers, medical details, passwords or other sensitive information in the website enquiry.

3. How the website enquiry works

The website does not submit your enquiry to an ELEVATE365 database. When you select “Continue in WhatsApp”, your entries are placed into a draft WhatsApp message. You review the draft and choose whether to send it. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply when its service opens. You may instead contact us by telephone or email.

4. Why we use information

We use relevant information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, assess requirements, deliver agreed services, communicate about work in progress, maintain business and compliance records, protect our legitimate interests and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

5. Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with authorised ELEVATE365 personnel, professional advisers, technology and communications providers, or regulators and other third parties involved in an agreed service. We will also disclose information where required or permitted by law. Some technology providers may process information outside South Africa under their own safeguards and terms.

6. Security and retention

We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and the work being performed. No electronic service is completely risk-free. We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, service delivery, record-keeping, dispute management and applicable legal requirements, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified where appropriate.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask what personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, object to certain processing, ask for deletion where appropriate, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Email your request to hello@elevate365services.co.za. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

8. Complaints and updates

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern. You may also lodge a POPIA complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa). Its current contact details are available on the official contact page. We may update this notice when our services, website or legal obligations change.
